Reservations are required. Please call ahead to make your reservation to ensure a space is available for your pet. We are extremely busy during spring, summer, and around the holidays. If you are unable to make your reservations, please call us to cancel 48 hours in advance so we may provide your reserved space to others. If you prefer you can make an on-line reservation request under Contact Us. Check In and Check Out times Please plan your check-in and check-out times carefully. You may come in anytime during our regular business hours; Check-in or check-out on Sundays is not available without special arrangements, so please plan ahead accordingly. Check-out time is by 12:00 noon to avoid a charge for that day. If your pet must stay longer than the reserved time, please call us as soon as possible, but please understand that you are not guaranteed your original accommodations. After a three night stay for our luxury canine guests, we offer a courtesy bath or a discount off a regular priced groom. Medical and Vaccination requirements For your pet's safety and the safety of our other guests, all pets must be current on vaccinations and free from internal and external parasites. Flea Policy
All guests visiting us for lodging or grooming should be on monthly flea control. Upon admission to our clinic, all pets are checked for fleas or external parasites. Animals with fleas are treated with a product at the owner’s expense. We take all precautions to provide an environment free of external parasites.
Personal items and bringing your own food
We maintain a supply of clean bedding and blankets. We encourage owners to allow us to provide these items so they can be properly washed and disinfected. If you prefer to provide your own blankets and toys, we first need to determine that they meet our hospital's safety requirements. Any item left here needs to be clearly marked with your pet's name. If you would prefer to bring your own pet food or treats, please provide each item in clearly marked container with your pet's name and feeding instructions.
Wellington Veterinary Clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
